Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the Epoch SRA add-in for Microsoft Excel (“Epoch SRA”, “the add-in”, “we”) handles your information. It is separate from the End-User License Agreement.

What the add-in does with your data

Epoch SRA reads the schedule and risk-register tables in your open workbook, runs its scheduling and Monte Carlo analysis locally, and writes results back to add-in-owned sheets (named with an ESRA_ prefix) in the same workbook. All of this happens on your device, inside Excel.

What we collect and transmit

• Program and schedule data: processed only on your machine and stored only in your workbook. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party by Epoch SRA.
• Analytics / telemetry: none. Epoch SRA contains no analytics, tracking, advertising, or usage-measurement code.
• Cookies: none set by Epoch SRA.
• Accounts: Epoch SRA requires no account or sign-in and collects no personal profile.

Network activity

Epoch SRA runs inside Microsoft Office, which loads the standard Office JavaScript runtime from Microsoft’s content delivery network. That request is made by Office and carries no Epoch SRA program or schedule data. Epoch SRA itself makes no other network calls.

Third parties

Epoch SRA does not share your data with any third party, because it does not transmit your data at all. The add-in operates within Microsoft Excel; your use of Excel is governed by Microsoft’s own terms and privacy statement.

Data retention and deletion

Because your data never leaves your machine, we hold nothing to retain or delete. Removing the analysis is entirely in your control: delete the ESRA_ sheets, or uninstall the add-in.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version at this address.
